Family Background: Raihan Gazi is a 4 Years & 4 months old Spastic Diplegia Cerebral Palsy Child with Delayed Development of Milestone deformity. His father works as Embroidery labor. His mother is a homemaker who takes care of him.  The financial situation of the family is poor. His family is consisting of five members i.e. he and his parents and grandparents. His father somehow is managing their survival.  They live in a Small house. 

Linkage with PUS: Raihan’s family comes to know about facility of DCC from a neighbor and coming to DCC since 2018 for the betterment of their children. Day Care Centre physiotherapist refers him to Bangur Institute of Neurosciences for further medical investigation and treatment. After the completion of all his pathological test and diagnosis, he identified as Delayed Development Milestone. His mother regularly brings him to access physiotherapy and medicine. He is gone through all the physiotherapy equipment at DCC like Ball exercise, Parallel Bar, Treadmill, stepping foot etc.   PUS provides physiotherapy and medication as per doctor’s prescription. The project personnel also demonstrated exercise and daily learning activities to his mother for further practicing at home regularly. Now he is studying at Shanpukur ICDS. 

Problems before he visited PUS:-   He could not Stand or not able to walk. He could not hold things. He was very weak 

Same major visible progress noticed as results of regular physiotherapy and medication. :- He can identify his stuffs He holds things with hand. He can walk without others support. At present, he received regular medicine and physiotherapy and quite better from earlier.
